We are proud to announce the opening of Carders Cabin, a place dedicated to the memory of Paul Carder. Named in his honor, the cabin will serve hot and cold food and drinks, offering a welcoming space for all who visit.
Right outside, the Paul Carder Memorial Bench now stands in its rightful place—a spot to sit, reflect, and, of course, ponder football. In any situation, it’s always wise to ask, “What would Paul have done?”—because he always did the right thing. His absence is deeply felt, and while we all miss him dearly, we can only imagine how much harder it is for his family. A true gentleman, remembered forever.
A huge thank you to Mick Bell for organizing the bench, as well as Ricmoor Groundworks and Mark Jones for their work in concreting and fixing it in place.
Paul’s legacy lives on in every conversation, every match, and now, in Carders Cabin—a place for all to gather, just as he would have wanted.
